Large panoramic windows open onto the balcony and let in plenty of light. One bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed and a spacious closet; another features a bunk bed suitable for both adults and children. There is also a small bathroom on this floor with a shower, toilet, and sink. -The basement features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a handy pantry, as well as air conditioning and seating for four people. From here, you have direct access to the large covered terrace with seating for four people. In addition, a barbecue terrace and another grassy terrace invite you to relax outdoors. The second large bathroom features a shower, toilet, bathtub, and sink. The entire holiday home is equipped with free Wi-Fi and can be controlled via apps. All windows have electric blinds. The highlight is the magnificent view of the valley, which can be enjoyed from anywhere on the property. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking.
