The owners have poured all their love, time, and money into renovating this old house. It’s already in excellent condition, but they won’t rest until everything has been gradually modernised to ensure you always enjoy the utmost comfort. Enjoy the large, separate kitchen with all modern built-in appliances—perfect for cooking together in the evenings. The sunny terrace invites you to relax outdoors, while the huge garden—available for your use, complete with a grill and patio furniture—is ideal for dogs.

The house is ideal for families or small groups of up to 4 people and offers three comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to its central location, the bus stop and train station are within walking distance, shopping options are right nearby, and the beach is also easily accessible on foot. Die Außenanlagen (. Zaun ) müsste erneuert werden. Wenn man vor dem Haus steht, ist es nicht ansprechend. Aber im Haus ist alles Super! Sehr gut war, das in allen Räumen genügend Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten ( auch im Bad ) vorhanden waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Schön wäre es wenn das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt werden könnte ( Garten ) damit wenn man mit Hund anreist diese auch mal frei rum laufen können. Sowie das Tor zur Einfahrt komplett geschlossen werden könnte. Und des Weiteren wäre eine größere Mülltonne für Restmüll notwendig. Wenn vorher andere Mieter im Haus sind und die Tonne da bereits voll ist hat man keine Chance seinen eigenen Müll zu entsorgen.

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die fehlende Absicherung vor den Eingangsbereich, auf Grund von unseren Kindern fanden wir es als sehr unsicher. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ist sehr empfehlenswert wir würden immer wieder kommen .

Guten Tag, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Bilder im Internet entsprachen der Wirklichkeit. Es war echt schön und gepflegt! Eine Bitte / Vorschlag hätten wir nur. - unbedingt das Geländer von ganz unten bis ganz oben beidseitig durchgehend erweitern. Es ist dadurch Kinder - und Rentner gesichert. PS: Oma kam nicht alleine die unterste langgezogene Stufe hoch bis zum Geländeranfang der restlichen Treppe. Und rechts oben ist gar keine Absperrung. Aber sonst war alles super.
