Located right across the street from your own private deeded beach, Ciboney 4003 has been decorated with gorgeous local artwork and the Caribbean-themed colors will instantly put you in a beachy frame of mind. With a king in the Master, a full in the guest bedroom and an air mattress for additional sleeping options, this lovely condo sleeps 4!

Amenities include high speed internet, flat screen TV's with DVD's, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, outside rinsing facility, and grilling area. This condo also features a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well. Ciboney is less than 3 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, there are grocery stores, a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife, and entertainment options all within minutes of your front door.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many upscale stores and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

perfect getaway

The condo was amazing and exactly as described. We visited during springbreak and were in the perfect location just a short drive to anything we could think of and a 3 minute walk to the beach. From the balcony we had beautiful view of gulf and sunset. This was our first visit to Destin and definitely not our last. I would highly recommend staying here!!

This was a lovely property!! Everything was just as advertised, the unit was clean & the view of the beach was exactly the same as in the picture. The condo was quiet, the pool was never crowded and the unit was well equipped. We hope to stay with a realjoy property again!

Great vacation

If you are a person that insist on attention to detail, this condo is not for you. If you are just looking to relax and enjoy and understand wear and tear then i highly recommend this condo. The few request we did have were answered immediately. Great vacation. IGreat vacation.

Great location!

Great location across the street from the beach. Nice pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The unit and grounds were clean. Furniture in the unit needs updated. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Beds were good.

The property was very close to the beach as well as some shops. However, the cleanliness of unit of 4003 is in need of a new crew. The carpets were not vacuumed prior to our stay (I found a toenail on the bedroom floor). Additionally, the sliding glass doors had children’s handprints all over them and the microwave had adult prints on them.

Great location at the Beach!

The location of this condo can't be beat! We loved that we had easy beach access right across the street, and could sit on our balcony and watch the waves at any time. We enjoyed a number of local spots and found it very easy to get around from this location. Condo was clean and as described. I think it could do with a bit of updating, but no serious complaints at all and the price was very good compared to other nearby units.

Great Place!

My stay at the Ciboney was very pleasant. My family and I had a great time and felt very comfortable. The place was really accommodating and just right across from the beach. I really appreciate the place being fully furnished and providing us with plenty of towels. It was the right amount of space for 6 people. I liked that i didnt feel cramped in the place. The decor was fitting for a beach home. It was nice and clean. The only thing I found wrong was the toilet handle coming off on one of the toilets but that wasn’t a major concern. We still had a good time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Construction blocked entrance to condo

Showed up, went up elevator and turned left to go to condo...blocked off due to construction, new concrete, no railing...no where to stay! Even asked previously if there was construction and was told no! VRBO...WAS NO HELP! THEY GOT PAID, PROPERTY MANAGER WAS HELPFUL...3 HOURS LATER WE CHECKED IN ANOTHER CONDO, ANOTHER LOCATION. VRBO PROVIDED NO REFUND OR ANYTHING! They could have cared less!

Needs updating and painting!!

First of all let me start with RealJoy rentals was great with communication. The condo on the other hand was outdated, in need if painting (bad), furniture was dingy and uncomfortable. The refrigerator had rust spots all over the outside. The 2 swivel chairs were so bad that when you sat in them your knees where literally at your chest due to no firmness in cushions. Half of the stove burners could get them to work half of the time and the other half you would have to wiggle the burners just right. The location of the Ciboney is good for walking distance to Pompano Joe's and close enough walk to an Alvin’s.

Ciboney 4003

The view was amazing. The condo really does need updated. It really needs a new couch. When we sat on it you could feel the the wood frame, it was so uncomfortable, also the cushions on the kitchen table chairs were dry rotted. The blinds are falling apart in the master bedroom so people could see in them and the sliding doors were very hard to open. The outdoor furniture needs replaced, it would be nice to have a couple of tall bar stools out there so we could see over the deck railing. With saying this I still loved the condo and the views. The couch, sliding doors and blinds are my major concerns.Thank you for sharing your property with us.

The property, location, and facilities were great. The check in process was less than desirable, we drove 12 hours with 3 children and arrived around 11am before the check in time. We asked to be able to just park in the lot early so we could go to the beach for a few hours until our room was ready and were not treated with much accomodation.. We were told that we could get in our room early with the passcode around 2:30 pm. However, we were not given the passcode until after 4 pm. The check-in process could have been more welcoming. Also, I'd recommend moving the check out time to noon. All in all I would recommend this great place. I just thought the process was a little over complicated.

Needs a lot of updates - master bathroom shower knob came completely off - toilets ran continuously - bathroom sinks drained slowly - refrigerator door rail came off when loading groceries- stove eyes not put on correctly so thought they didn't work.

Love The View!

This is the third year we've stayed at the Ciboney condo's. We enjoy being able to walk to a coffee shop and restaurants. Real Joy was great to work with and respond quickly if you have any questions. We had a great time and will definitely stay there again!!

Our stay

Nice place great location very quiet. Carpet although cleaned by management was very dirty and didn’t look like it was shampooed in long time. Furniture was very worn out and needed to be replaced. You sunk into the chairs and couch in the living room. Property Management was very responsive when we called about a TV not working. All this considered it was a nice stay.
