The Pavillon St Clair with neat interior decoration is located on Mont St Clair facing south looking at the sea. Located on the same plot of 1000 M2 as our own villa but with an individual entrance, each house is located at an opposite end of the land which allows everyone's independence. Free outdoor parking, so go down on foot (allow about 10 minutes) in the Corniche district where there are shops, restaurants, casino games and the beach nearby. Pavilion with a beautiful terrace overlooking a garden planted with Mediterranean species of cacti, pines, almond, olive, mimosas enjoy the sun in total discretion in a magnificent area with exterior walls of cuttlefish. Very rare in Sète you will be enchanted by the calm and the authentic aspect of your holidays. All year round, take advantage of an excellent starting point to visit the city and the region.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Charme

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem entzückenden kleinen Ferienhaus. Die Terasse mit Meerblick (!), die tolle Umgebung auf dem Mt Saint Clair und der abgeschlossene Bereich lassen einen richtig gut entspannen. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Achtung! der Weg den Berg hoch ist nicht zu unterschätzen ;-). Wie Vormieter schon geschrieben haben gibt es allerdings auch Mücken, was sich bei der Fensterkonstruktion aber nicht vermeiden läßt. Der Pavillion und Sète sind auf alle Fälle einen Aufenthalt wert.

la location très mal situé pour se garer canapé inconfortable la robinetterie cuisine et salle de bain fonctionne mal vaisselle à revoir chemin très bruyant beaucoup de circulation photo de la location à refaire.

Le séjour était très agréable ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour. La seule suggestion d’amélioration: des moustiquaires seraient utiles à cause des moucherons. Merci pour ce bon séjour ! Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Mückengitter wären wegen der Schnaken hilfreich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Comfortable, quiet stay

My partner and I came for Worldwide Festival. The location was great, ~20 mins walking to the different stages, and close to shops and restaurants. It's tucked away from the main roads, making it a nice quiet spot to relax. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable, surrounded by nice gardens. It was very hot when we arrived but the hosts responded very quickly, providing an A/C unit that worked perfectly.

Petite maisonette mignonne bien équipée

Tous ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et tranquille. Juste bien pour deux personne. La cuisine était bien équipée. Tous était comme inscrit dans l’annonce. La propriétaire Sylvie bien aimable. Le Chemin de la Pipe est plein de surprise 😮faites attention en sortant, il est très étroit et beaucoup de traffic. Sete est un endroit très joli. Les plages, le mont St Clair et le vieux centre ville. Nous avons passe une semaine agréable dans la chaleur impeccable de fin de Septembre du sud de La France. Merci Eija et Jaakko de Finlande.

Impression mitigée

L'accueil de la propriétaire était plutôt bon (panier d'accueil avec une bouteille de vin, des petits bocaux de tapenade et de confiture), le wifi efficace, le logement était propre, la partie extérieure est très agréable et la maison est située dans un endroit calme et proche des commerces ainsi que des plages. En revanche, le canapé et le fauteuil sont très inconfortables mais surtout le réchaud à gaz semble d'un autre âge voire dangereux : soit on fait la vaisselle (pas de lave-vaisselle) et on prend une douche à l'eau froide, soit on se brûle (vaisselle et douche) car la température de l'eau produite est totalement instable. Il y a donc des choses à revoir sérieusement.

La location est sympa. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer. la literie est parfaite. rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Par contre la circulation dans le chemin de la pipe est dangereuse. Impossible de se croiser vu la largeur de ce chemin. petit parking.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in prominenter Lage

Kleines Gartenhaus auf dem großen Grundstück der Eigentümer mit schönem Baumbestand und einem Durchblick zum Meer. Hilfsbereite Vermieter in ungestörter Nachbarschaft. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider fehlte ein echter Kleiderschrank. Für heiße Tage ist ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und muffig. Das Grundstück ist nicht leicht zu erreichen, weil es in einer sehr engen Straße an einem steilen Berg liegt. Zu unserer Überraschung ist es gelungen täglich einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Näähe

Verblijf St.Clair

Leuk huisje, mooi gelegen op de heuvel van St.Clair. Voor fietsers zou ik wel elektrische fietsen adviseren, is gemakkelijker om omhoog te fietsen. Voorzieningen zijn goed, misschien kussens voor de terrasstoelen? . Met het vaak erg warme weer zou een airco zeer gewenst zijn - of toch minimaal een waaier. Veel muggen, (misschien de tijd van het jaar) dus let op met ramen open zetten. Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Pourrait être parfait avec pas grand chose

Nous ne sommes pas sur des prestations de grand standing mais la maisonnette située dans une dépendance d’une propriété est néanmoins conforme à la description et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est plutôt agréable. Il suffirait de peu de choses pour que cette petite maisonnette se transforme en un coin de paradis. Un peu plus d’attention : Des consommables de base comme de l’huile, du vinaigre, quelques dosettes de café, du Sopalin… Des produits ménagers de bases encore un petit détail : nous aurions aimé être prévenu du passage des jardiniers à 9h le matin durant toute la matinée du mardi Et nous aurions aussi aimé que l’on vienne simplement nous voir pour nous demander si tout se passe bien. bref! Ces « petits riens » qui vous donnent le sentiment que l’on a tout fait pour vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable.

Séjour agréable

Propriété correcte avec belle terrasse. Propriétaires discrets malgré la proximité et sympathiques. "Petits bémols" concernant le stationnement pas toujours facile (pas de place attitrée) et la route devant la propriété où les véhicules circulent à vive allure.
