Large 2,700 sq. ft. apartment in luxury oceanfront Grand Venetian condominium. Located in the hotel zone, close to downtown Puerto Vallarta, this 12th floor unit has great views of the ocean, town and mountains. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with it's private bath. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other two, 2 queen beds each. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 large flat TVs, cable, wireless internet, air conditioning throughout the apartment and a jacuzzi in the terrace so that you may watch the beautiful sun sets with a margarita!!!
The Grand Venetian has one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. With 3 vary large pools, 5 jacuzzi, restaurant, waterfall lobby and gym, it is considered as one of the best condominiums in the bay area.
Cleaning is provided free of charge once a week, additional cleaning has a fee per day.
Grocery stores, a large mall, restaurants, bars, movie theaters and hospitals all within walking distance.
This unit has been made available to select qualified guests since it is privately owned; student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted

Amazing Stay

Great property with amenities and restaurant/bar on site. Located in the hotel zone next to the mall and Food Park. Elizabeth (property manager) was very responsive and helpful. Can't beat the view. Highly recommend.

This was the 4th time staying at the Grand Veniian and the 1st time in this condo. This condo was a great to place to stay just like the other times. It was clean and well stocked with supplies. The property manager was great to work with. Would recommend staying there agai.

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Views were awesome. Occasional noise from Sunscape but didn’t go late. We bought new pillows at Walmart because my family doesn’t like pillows used by others. The Grand Venetian is a nice place to stay.

Grand Venetian - Tower 1

We love this area of PV - the beach is spectacular. Close to restaurants and grocery stores (and Costco!). The unit is in a lovely location - fabulous views, wedding, parasailing and people watching on the beach. The unit is spacious and large, with a dynamite balcony. Very nicely equipped kitchen for those doing any in-unit cooking. Lots of time to relax and enjoy the beauty, charm and yummy food in PV.

Beautiful spot

We had a wonderful week at the Grand Venetian and Jaime's condo was fantastic. We had our 4 children (ages 9,8,6 and 3) and they thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the beach. The view from our balcony of the ocean was fantastic and we ate dinner on the balcony each night. Jaime was fantastic at communicating before and during our stay and we highly recommend you stay here. We'll be back!

Grand Venetian Stay

Excellent experience at the Grade Venetian. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view and facilities were excellent. Elizabeth the agent was helpful and responsive. The only constructive feedback is it would be nice to update the bed linens. We would 100% return. Thank you Jamie and Elizabeth.

A Thanksgiving Getaway

Great location and incredibly spacious. The property manager was wonderful. Kitchen was nicely stocked and plenty of towels. A couple of things that would have been nice to know would be some recommendations of places to eat, a hair dryer would've been nice ( I purchased one and left it there), and clearer instructions on getting water and where to put garbage. Couches and chairs weren't very clean.. No fault of the owners but there was a lot of construction around us and one of the main pools was closed. Great onsight restaurant.

Gorgeous Views

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The view from the terrace and master bedroom are fantastic! The other two bedrooms have a nice view of the mountains and surrounding buildings/shops as well. We really enjoyed watching the storms roll through at night, the lightening was absolutely amazing! And when we were home for it, the fireworks were fun too! One morning we woke up to multiple dolphin or porpoises swimming just off the beach out front. The condo is stocked well for the most part. A small ice chest and some insulated tumblers would be a great addition to use at the beach, pool, or on a daily adventure. The pool and grounds are well taken care of. Location is about 15 minutes from the Malecon and depending on the time-of-day costs 65-100 pesos to get there by cab. The airport is only 10 minutes away, which was so convenient!

Fabulous location, spacious apartment.

The corner location on the 12th floor is perfect for views of beach and PV, and just enough late afternoon shade on part of balcony. A spacious, uncluttered 3-brm apartment that is well kept. Management was efficient at check-in and check-out, but did not repair a flashing kitchen light (we removed the bulb). Everything else was in excellent working condition; some cooking gear is reaching their end of life cycle. The owner was easy to deal with including convenient PayPal payment through VRBO. Pool is v nice and gets busier after 9am; no chair reservation is good and appropriately enforced policy. Secured gate access to the beach is another nice outside amenity, which we used often. Lots of restaurants in PV, from casual to fancy, and even a modest snack place on the premises. We left with good memories.

Beautiful property, as described! Condo resort staff are excellent

Thanks to Jaime! The property was just as described and he was helpful to make sure we had a smooth arrival and a great time. For this rental, there are obviously a lot of big pros: large condo to accomodate my family, great beds, large kitchen, beautiful views and convenient location. What made the stay particularly enjoyable were the little details: 1) the staff at Grand Venetian do a great job: The security staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the spa was reasonably priced and good. Jaime's housekeeping staff was also very welcoming. 2) the pools are amazing. The 2 of the pools are comfortably heated and easy to stay in day or night. The third was a little cooler for the hot days. 3) the condo is well appointed with nice tvs, furniture, dishes, and linens. For example, the included pool towels are much nicer than what you would get at a normal resort. There is a jacuzzi tub on the patio with beautiful night time views. 4) the facilities are nice - including a well-maintained gym. The only challenges with this property are common to this area of PV: 1)a lot of noise coming from nearby all-inclusive resorts (music, resort activity directors on the microphone), 2) the ocean water is a little colder than other areas due to the water flowing in from nearby river. All in all, we would definitely love to stay here again, and especially in this unit due to the great size and included amenities.

AWESOME STAY

We have been renting condos at the Grand Venetian since 2009. This was our first time renting for a 3 month period and we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked with Jaime for another 3 months next year. The views are spectacular both daytime and night-time. From the master bedroom located on the ocean side, you can watch the nightly fireworks, fall asleep to the sound of the waves or watch the dolphins, whales or cruise ships from the balcony. The condo is very spacious, fully equipped and extremely comfortable considering we were a party of four adults. You are in close proximity to the new La Isla mall (next door) c/w theaters, WalMart, Costco and 2 Soriano's grocery stores. There are an unlimited amount of restaurants new and old to please anyone's palate. Don't be fooled into thinking the quality of the food has been sacrificed based on the exterior appearance of the building. Some of the quaintest exteriors hide culinary gems. The local bus service is 7.5 pesos per person and definitely contributes to the PV character. There are also an unlimited amount of taxi's at very reasonable prices. It was an absolute pleasure in dealing directly with Jaime on any communication before and during our stay at his condo and he was so quick to respond. We also had the honour of meeting Jaime in person which is always good to be able to put a face to the name. The weekly maid service provided was definitely an added bonus for everyone. You truly can refer to PV as Paradise. We would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone. Thank you Jaime.

Great location and unit for family of 6

Wonderful unit, clean, open, bright. Kitchen needs some updating and just wish there was a patio set that included sofas to sit on and enjoy the view at night. Love the fact that you can open up the patio doors all the way to let the sun, breeze and light in. Pools are great. No frenzy to reserve lounge chairs.

Why they chose this property

Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful typical Mexican village with year round warm weather, ideal for relaxing under the warm sun. The beautiful 3 mile beach is ideal for morning jogging and sunset walks. The ocean is calm and warm, great for swimming. Along the bay there are great scuba and fishing spots. A golf course is very close to our condo and the staff is very friendly. 100 ft walk you get to the bus stop that on a 5 minute ride takes you to a Wal-Mart, medical clinic, restaurants, malls, etc. Downtown is only a 5 minutes ride.

What makes this property unique

From the 12th floor you get excellent ocean views and back mountain views, you may drink a margarita on the jacuzzi by the balcony while watching the sunset. There's also a restaurant on grounds where you get great fresh seafood at incredible prices. Cleaning of the apartment is provided once a week, but you may hire this service for US$20 per day.
We strongly suggest in purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the unlikely event of cancellation or interruption or a covered event.
