The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere in the fall and winter (if you wish to use the stove, you must provide your own firewood). The house has a separate entrance and a parking space in front of the house. From the house, you can reach the town centre (Friedrichstrasse) in about 10 minutes and the beach in about 15 minutes on foot (the beach is about 1.2 km away). Approx. 68 square metres (Sylt measurement).
