Step into the private garden and enjoy 5 balconies and 2 covered terraces with spectacular sea views, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The private outdoor pool has 2 levels and a special area for children, ideal for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. You will also find an outdoor shower and a private barbecue.



Parking includes shared spaces on the property, a shared garage for 2 vehicles, and street parking options. Pets are allowed in the villa. Please note that parties and events are not permitted on the property.
