Ibizan style house (with registration number ET1518-E) of new construction located in the countryside, very quiet area located three km. from the town of San Carlos with the famous Las Dalias market, restaurants, pharmacy, banks ... and two km from the beaches of Es Figueral (where you will find restaurants, souvenirs, supermarket and in the middle of the summer boat to Formentera) and waters White, 500 meters grocery store bar with more than 100 years old. Near the beach of Cala San Vicente.

Wonderful family stay

Wow, this property is glorious!It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you could need. The outside space is perfect for relaxing and spending time with the family. Very suitable for children, our under 2’s loved the swimming pool and the slide area! We were also provided with a cot and child’s bed. Marilina and Jaime were very responsive and even came and freshened up the pool and provided new towels half way through our stay. We loved our stay so much and hope to be back in the future

A superb villa

A great stay

Such a great property and spotlessly clean. The lovely family are are very passionate about this beautiful house and it really shows. We spent most of our time outside and there are lots of different spots to sit in, and the upstairs balcony was perfect for sitting in last thing at night. Driving distance to some good restaurants and close to lovely beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Couldn't have been made more welcome... advice on where to go, eat etc and early access to leave chilled products in fridge. Beautiful villa, completely secluded with every need considered. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and eateries. Highly recommend. Many thanks.... we'll be back!

Nice house on good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very tidy en clean. Nice interior. Swimming pool (salt water with chlorine) was delightful. The owners are very friendly. The only thing that can be improved is the internet (wifi) connection. The wifi is very slow, unuseful slow. Not suitable for Spotify, Netflix or Social media. We have used our own mobile connection all the time unfortunately ($$). I can nevertheless recommend this house to everyone.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen grünen Garten und einem fantastischen Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die sehr bequemen Liegestühle und der super Service der Hausbesitzer. Mitte Woche wurden alle Handtücher gewechselt. Auch waren sie immer super flexibel was zeitliche Übergaben etc. anging. Absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Wir haben uns sofort beim Einfahren in dieses wunderschönene Grundstück mit Finca und Pool verliebt. Unserer Vermieter Jamie & Marilina haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Wunderschönes Anwesen auf dem Land

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt Ein weitläufiges Grundstück, sehr gepflegter Pool mit bequemen Liegen und ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zu dritt hatten wir mehr Platz als wir brauchten, haben uns aber auch nicht verloren gefühlt. Lage ist auf dem Land - zum Meer 5‘ mit dem Auto. Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen hervorragenden und großen Außenbereich mit einem Salzwasser-Pool. Der Innenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und sieht sehr authentisch aus. Es hat uns wirklich an gar nix gefehlt und das einzige was ein bisschen suboptimal war ist dass auf dem oberen Stock keine Tür zur Toilette ist, aber da es eh nur 1 von 3 Badezimmer ist, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Der Vermieter Jaime ist sehr freundlich und war den ganzen Urlaub hilfsbereit für uns da. Er hat uns zum Beispiel geholfen ein Wagen zu mieten und empfiehlte uns Kliniken, wo wir den Corona-Test vor der Rückreise machen konnten. Das Haus liegt im Norden von Ibiza in einem ruhigen Ort, fern von den ganzen Party-Orten, die eher im Süden der Insel sind. Insgesamt war es einer der schönsten Urlaube, die ich und meine Freunde jemals hatten und das trotz Corona und der allgemeinen Situation :)
