Villa 5 bedroom property in a rural setting in the north of the island with easy access to all the amenities you may need, with sea views. Situated on a 4,000m2 property this beautiful traditional Canarian villa can accommodate up to 10 people, distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and another two with single beds, 4 bathrooms with shower and a small toilet.

This villa is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with air conditioning and also gives access to a wonderful private tennis court.

Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs.

The villa is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
