Located in Nazelles-Négron, in the heart of the Loire Valley countryside, this 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a classic filter coffee maker and a pod machine. Enjoy step-free access, Wi-Fi, a private TV, wood stove heating, a private fan, a baby cot, a private high chair, and a dedicated workspace. Shared toys and books for children are also available.



Relax on your private, uncovered terrace—perfect for enjoying the peaceful countryside, surrounded by castles and vineyards.



The property is home to dogs, chickens, and roosters. Animal lovers are welcome! Please note that guests' pets are not allowed on the property.



On-site shared parking is available for one vehicle. Caravans and motorhomes are not permitted. Smoking indoors and events are not allowed.



The house has a small cellar and was once an outbuilding of the neighboring château. Your hosts live on site, but not in the reserved accommodation. Please note that Route D1 is closed. During your stay, you can hike, explore Loire cycling routes, visit cellars and castles, go fishing, canoeing, and discover the Beauval Zoo.
