Room allocation note: Rooms are made available flexibly based on your group composition. For up to 4 guests, we prepare 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as standard. For 5 guests with children (e.g., 2 adults and 3 children): accommodation is in one double room and the triple room. In this case, the second double room and third bathroom are not available. For 5 adults or 6+ guests, all rooms are fully available (2 double rooms, 1 triple room, 3 bathrooms). Regardless of group size, the house is always yours alone; no other guests will share the property. Please let us know your group details and preferred room setup via the booking platform before arrival so we can prepare everything for you.
