The Sonnenpark Apartment 3 is located at Wilhelmstraße 8 in Timmendorfer Strand and boasts an exceptionally attractive location.

This 2-room apartment is on the ground floor and, with 51 m², is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people and a baby upon request (max. 1 year old).

The living area features an open-concept design, creating a seamless transition between the living room and the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided to ensure a pleasant stay.

The living room is furnished with a high-quality sofa set, dining table, smart TV, DVD player, and stereo system, providing a variety of entertainment options.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Garden furniture is provided, and during the season, you’ll have your own beach chair available at the nearby beach, which is included.

The separate bedroom offers a pleasant retreat. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses), a TV, and a closet.

The bathroom provides additional comfort with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, a window letting in natural light, as well as a hair dryer and a mirror cabinet.

Timmendorfer Strand itself offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping options, wellness facilities, and cultural events. For active holidaymakers, there are great opportunities to enjoy sports such as biking, jogging, swimming, hiking, or walking.

From May 1– 15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.
A washing machine and dryer are available to you free of charge in the communal basement.
A lockable storage room in the basement is available for bicycles.

An underground parking space (entry height approx. 1.90 m) is reserved for you.
