Located in Plouguiel, this 70 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, television, washing machine, baby bed, and high chair. The property features a completely fenced area with a lockable entrance gate for added security.
Step outside to enjoy your private garden with a large lawn area behind the house and your own grill for outdoor dining. The quiet neighborhood location places you near the small port of La Roche Jaune village, just 500 m away.
Parking includes 2 shared on-site spaces and 1 shared garage spot. Up to 2 pets are welcome at the property. Please note that events are not allowed, and you will need to use stairs to access the accommodation.
The house is individually situated between Perros-Guirec and Paimpol, just 5 minutes from Plougrescant and Port Blanc. Bed linens and towels are provided, with beds made upon your arrival. You can order bread from the village grocery store for next-day delivery. The area offers numerous hiking trails and is close to the beach. A cleaning fee available for an extra fee and security deposit are required and payable on-site.
