The charm and comfort of a friendly Breton house, quietly located, 400 m from the beaches. Beautiful garden of 2000m2, with private heated pool, sea view, accommodating up to 10 holidaymakers. Ideal for two families. The house is located in the perimeter of an exceptional tourist site, close to the sea, beaches and hiking trails. Inside :
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open on 1 dining room (table seating 8) and 1 living room overlooking 1 large terrace and garden.
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
- 1 open-space 2 single beds and 1 living room with DVD player screen
- 1 mezzanine with 1 single bed
- 1 fitness area with bike, rowing machine and small muscal equipment
- 1 bathroom
- 2 independent toilets
- 1 laundry room equipped with 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and ironing board.
The decoration combines stylish furniture with contemporary elements.
Outside: 1 terrace of 50m2 on 3 levels is equipped with 1 living room of garden, 1 table, 8 chairs, 1barbecue, 1 parasol and gives on 1 swimming pool of 11 m X 4,5 m, (open from mid June to end of September) and a beautiful garden of 2000 m2 (fruit trees and vegetable garden depending on the season). Sea view, very quiet site, 2.5 km from the center of Paimpol.

Terraces of lively cafes, seafood restaurants, creperies, pedestrian streets, shopping, museum of the sea, Breton costume museum, galleries of paintings and sculptures, old bookshops, regional artisans, local market every Tuesday. Beautiful house in a stunning location

A lovely large, well-equipped house with everything that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The check-in process was very straightforward with everything being explained including the pool. The pool is a great feature of the house and is well-maintained and large enough for both play and swimming lengths if that’s what you want to do and can be used whatever the weather as it’s heated. The house is a 4-minute drive or 25-minute walk from the centre of Paimpol which is beautiful and has a great range of restaurants and cafes. I would recommend going to the market on a Tuesday morning to get your fresh produce, cheese and cold meat. The nearest beach is a 5 to 10-minute walk away and is very quiet and easily accessible. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no internet in the house which we hadn’t realised before we went - our fault for not reading the details more carefully. Overall, a wonderful house in a beautiful location that I would recommend to all visitors, adults and families alike.

Une jolie et pratique maison de famille dans un magnifique jardin agrementee d'une accueillante piscine

Cette location est parfaitement organisee et offre la découverte d'un jardin parfaitement entretenu et d'une impeccable piscine. A deux pas de l'abbaye de Beauport,pres du port de Paimpol, nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans cet endroit préservé.

Merveilleux séjour !

La propriété est un véritable havre de paix, propice aux vacances en famille, au repos et à la découverte d'une superbe région. La maison est vaste, bien équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire, le parc est exceptionnel, agrémenté d'une grande piscine chauffée pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants... et des parents ! Le village de Kérity est typique charmant, la proximité immédiate de la mer et de l'Abbaye de Beauport rajoutent au dépaysement que nous recherchions. Un grand merci à Madame C. pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous reviendrons !
