Pyramid #1 is a spacious reverse living home has something to offer for everyone in the family.
The floor plan of the upper level includes an open space of the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The noted vaulted ceilings and vast windows provide plenty of light and amazing views of the great outdoors. Relax after a long day of Central Oregon adventure in front of the large stone fireplace.
The well-appointed kitchen will not disappoint as it is fully stocked. Perfect for those wonderful family meals. Plenty of dining sitting for the whole family to enjoy.
Walk out onto the newly designed wrap around deck for a BBQ, a glass of wine and some star gazing. There are plenty of outdoor chairs so everyone can enjoy.

The master king en suite has a tv, a large walk-in closet and a full bath. The bath has a double vanity and an easily accessible step in shower.

The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, a small TV and a full bath, a great place for all the kids to sleep.



On the lower level, you will find two more bedrooms, equipped with king beds and flat screen TVs so you can relax, before your slumber. The large family room, on this level, has another flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace as well as a game table where you can play a board game or cards.
A full bathroom and the laundry room, complete the lower level. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and a mini fridge for that extra storage for your groceries. If you still need room for your groceries for your stay, there is another full-size refrigerator/freezer in the garage for added convenience.
This level opens onto a second deck with hot tub. There is a 3-car garage, which houses sleds, a ping pong table and a foosball table.



Pyramid #1 is just a short walk away to The North Country Store allowing you to explore the many paths and beautiful nature and wildlife of Sunriver.
With two separate living/family rooms and 6 TVs, everyone in your party will have their needs met, including your family dog. Yes, your four-legged friend may enjoy this vacation home with you.



This home provides 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, access to free tennis and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

House was great for our large, extended family. Lots of room, clean, well-stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the bed in the Master bedroom is very old and uncomfortable and the linens need to be replaced. Would rent again if the bed was replaced but didn’t sleep well any of the nights we were there. The coffee pot was broken and we called the property management and they were there very quickly with a new one. Overall, very nice experience.

It is a bit far from the village and SHARC waterpark for walking, but very close to one of the two grocery stores at Sunriver. The neighborhood is quiet.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and easily accommodated our group of seven people. Having a large dining room table and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great for our group. We loved the high ceilings upstairs. The hot tub was a nice feature. We would stay at this house again in the future. The only thing we missed was not having bicycles available.

Great time in Sunriver

Excellent location, house is well outfitted for a family's needs, with hot tub, kitchen well stocked, ping pong table, close to bike trails and store. Windows galore, and 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. We saw an amazing thunderstorm complete with hail while playing games inside. The management of this home were incredible and responded to our concerns promptly, timely and went way beyond our expectations. Sunset you are truly the best:) Thank you for making our holiday wonderful.

Cute, comfortable rental

This property was clean and fit our family nicely. We did have a difficult time trying to figure out how you could sleep 12 people as listed since neither one of the couches were pull outs. We ended up having some people from our group not make the trip so it worked great for us but keep in mind in order for 12 to fit they are sleeping on a couch that does not pull out. Also there was a small ant problem but I assume that is pretty common with rental properties. Property is located farther from the village than what I am use to but I did not think to check where it was located prior to booking. Overall this was a great rental and I would stay here again.

Customer service was outstanding—when we arrived, we could not find ping pong balls or foosballs. We called and had them 10 minutes later. Two deck chairs were cracked—a call, and they were fixed. Never found the inflatable bed, so a kid slept on a foam mattress topper on the floor (we never called about this...I’m sure they would have brought one). Plenty of dishes. Bring a few towels of your own though!

Some disappointments

Property felt like owners/managers weren’t concerned with quality. One of the stove burners didn’t work, several light bulbs were burned out. There were no instructions for operating things like fireplaces. The football and ping pong tables which we were looking forward to were in the garage .. temp was 12 degrees when we arrived so playing in the garage wasn’t an option. It would have been nice to know that in advance. But the worst was that when we arrived at 4:30 to check in, — our check in time was 4 — the house was being cleaned. We were able to get in an hour later. Didn’t enjoy hanging out in our cars in freezing temps. I emailed about it … no response. Disappointing. We loved the area and location, the house was comfortable, but the lack of interest in details described above will have us looking elsewhere for our next Sunriver vacation.

Dirty, broken....not a good experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrive literally within minutes this place was a mess. I was greeted by a Sunriver person who said their was a complaint about successive garbage, clearly it wasn’t ours we just arrived but that garbage never was picked up...an entire garbage of cans never left the whole time. The windows tracks full of dead bugs, the floor is digesting...wipe it with a wet towel and it’s dark black everywhere. The vent is covered in gross dust so I assume the filter has never been changed either. The light bulb in the master bath toast doesn’t work, the tack strip in the master closest is visible to find my foot so that was fun. The sink backed up day 2 and it was the P-trap FULL so clearly nobody had done preventative maintenance and no way it hadn’t backed up prior on somebody. The sprayer on rh sink didn’t work, walls are all gross and dirty and you had a tons of kids but no pots or pans they fit....? Sounds like a fun trip? I’d like a refund of some kind this house should be rented until it is brought up to a Sunriver likestandard. Oh and the chair in the back is broken, nobody said anything f and we found out the hard way....inwill never rent this place again.
