Amazing view and a very comfortable property

We had a wonderful stay, beds were very comfortable, the house was super clean and all the amenities we needed were available. The view is outstanding! My only wish was an accessible path to the beach- it was simply too steep for our party to get up and down the last little way down, but then, we are not exactly Spring chickens. I highly recommend "Anchor Down"!

Amazing beach getaway

This is the perfect beach house. The house was beautiful! It smelt brand new. The view is spectacular and an easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying at this property, you won’t regret it. We hope to be back.

Fantastic getaway

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Thanks for the wonderful family vacation! Will definitely consider this house as an option when traveling to Pacific City in the future.

Beach Vacation

The property was perfect! Beautiful view, walk to the beach and town and weather was also great! The hosts were very responsive. We had no problems while we were there and just enjoyed our time very much. We would stay there again.

Family reunion was the best!

We had a fabulous time staying at the Greene’s beautiful beach home! The accommodations were clean and right in the beach, close to shops, and the beds was more comfortable than our sleep number! We’ll make this a yearly adventure!❤️

Nice house

We loved this house! It was clean and perfect. We loved the location. The travel to the beach was steep but easy! . If traveling with a small child I would not there was no baby gate for the stairs. It was as our one complaint. They have a perfect room upstairs with two kid beds but no gate at the top of the stairs.

Wonderful beach House

All was as advertised. We had more kitchen tools than what we needed. The place was quite comfortable and well appointed. Loved it all. I do recommend the front door hall light bulb be replaced. It starts flickering after about 5 minutes. This is a beautiful place to meet with family.

The place was great. Awesome views of the ocean. Beach access from the house was more difficult than we thought it would be based on the photos and the living room was smaller than expected but overall it was a good stay and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location and a very comfortable home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is beautiful and the home is very comfortable. Perfect setup for 4 to 8 people. It was a great spring break experience. My only criticism would be that there was a pretty strong cleaning product scent on the lower level, but we weren't down there much and the main living area and bedrooms were just fine. Thanks for having us!

Simply the Best

I think once all of stepped into the home we all said "wow". The view is amazing and was truly perfect for watching the waves during a stormy weekend. We chose this home because we were treating our parents to a weekend at the beach; ages 83 - 92. The criteria was checked off with one having a view as well as bedrooms and bath on the main floor for them. There are steps up to the house (outside to front door is easier to negotiate than the ones from the garage), but once inside everything was on one level. Everything in the home was VERY nice. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans - everything you need to cook meals. It was clean, tastefully decorated - nothing felt cheap. You can walk down a short path to the beach however there is a steep sandy part. My 83 year old father did it but once was enough for him, lol. My husband and I enjoyed walking along the beach a couple of times a day. There is a market close by and Pelican Brewery is only a mile away. It was said many times a day by our party that it was the nicest place we had ever stayed. Thank you sharing this lovely home with us.
