Newer construction open floor plan two blocks from the beach in Kiwanda Shores!

We'd love to have you enjoy our newer constructed home (completed Feb. 2017) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home located in the Kiwanda Shores gated community of Pacific City! This new construction home is just a 4 minute walk and two blocks from a long stretch of beautiful sandy beaches ready for exploring! The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably.

Main level living includes a large, open floor plan. The living room features a propane fireplace, large sectional and vaulted ceilings, all open to the dining area and kitchen. You will find a cozy and relaxing atmosphere while you watch your favorite show or movie on the 65" curved TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and private en suite bathroom. Additionally you will find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On those pleasant summer days, relax on the back deck or paved patio while dinner is cooking on the oversized stainless steel BBQ. High end finishes include granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, you'll find an oversized loft room and full size, private bathroom. Loft features a full size bed, twin bed, and queen hide-a-bed sofa with a memory foam mattress. This provides a great space for kids to hang out and watch a movie from our collection or Netflix or play video games on the Xbox 1s or Wii.

Additionally, enjoy the arcade, foosball, air hockey, or a game of pool in the garage. Beach toys and a few chairs are available for your day trips and bonfires on the beach. We have also provided a BOB jogging stroller for the little ones. You're within a quick walk to the beach, the Pelican Brew Pub, coffee shops, and the Kiwanda Market. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sandpiper Escape!

Additional Info: Extra wide driveway allows for parking three vehicles (can put a fourth across the bottom of the driveway on the gravel if needed). No street parking is available in Kiwanda Shores.

Full checkout instructions are located on the wall in the entry and in the informational binder on the entry table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Exceeding stated capacity of house warrants termination of rental agreement.
Be respectful of neighbors surrounding the property. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Everything was great. Kitchen had every pot, pot, airfryer, all equipment you could want. Beds were totally comfortable. Game room was great. 2 blocks to the beach.Would go back tomorrow if we could.

Four old friends gathered for a reunion ... we had a great time! Property is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table in the garage. Would stay there again.

Great floor plan in exceptionally clean house steps from the beach. Easily accommodated our group for a Dory Boat excursion out of Pacific City. House had everything we needed and hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic weekend!

Beautiful house on the coast!

We all gathered to memorialize my mom who passed last July. The house was in such a great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for the 7 of us! I couldn't have asked for a better place to come together! Loved that the beach access was close and it was a short walk to the Pelican brewery where my daughter was married last October. All in all it couldn't have been any better. Definitely worth every penny.

Fun in the sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 recommend. This house is a few blocks away from the beach, you can tell the house is well taken care of! Sheets and towel are white and clean, kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you will need. Grill out back was great, family enjoyed having the pool table out in the garage. Would come back again!

It was always a dream of the grandparents to own a beach home and it's become a special place for them to gather together as a family. We love this home and have created some great memories on this beach. We are excited to share this special place on the Oregon coast with you and hope you enjoy it at much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Sandpiper Escape is a perfect home to enjoy all that Pacific City and the surrounding community has to offer! This home works especially well for multi-generational groups, as most of the bedrooms are on the main level. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy at the home and it's only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. This home is located in the quiet, gated community of Kiwanda Shores.
