We hope that you would find it most appealing as our prior guests have. Very recently the home has undergone a complete renovation from top to bottom. New gourmet kitchen complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, professional gas range, pot-filler, spice and cutlery drawers, 'Black-Pearl' granite counter-tops. Four-person center island seating. Eight-foot dining table seats 8 comfortably.
Enjoy the convenience to Edgartown at this in-town location just a minute from town. Enjoy four comfortable bedrooms (sleeping 8), 3 1/2 tiled baths, (marble/slate/ceramic flooring) large living/common areas and a private, outside patio. It is a tastefully furnished, spacious, 2,600 sq. ft. home with two floors and a full, finished basement with laundry facility.
It is the quintessential home for the perfect group or family get-away!
Special features: Wireless High-Speed Internet (with terrific signal from everywhere in the house) New, oak, hardwood flooring throughout. BBQ gas grille and over-sized outdoor shower.

I am the owner, founder of Island Alpaca Co. I hope you can visit my farm while visiting the island this summer. Fun for all ages!
Island Alpaca Company of Martha's Vineyard began in 2004 with the purchase of 19 acres of land and an antique post-and-beam barn that once stood in Export PA. Over the next two years, the barn was assembled, pastures were cleared, and fencing installed. The original purchase of eight alpacas in 2004 had grown to a starter herd of 31, which moved into the barn in 2006. Today, Island Alpaca has a select herd of over 50 colorful Huacaya alpaca.
