The guest suite is not included with the main house (and is not rented separately), but can be added to a rental for a nominal additional fee and will sleep 2 adults and 1-2 children. Total occupancy, including the guest suite is 10 people. Maximum occupancy in the main house is 8 people, but max of 4-6 adults.

This 3-4 bedroom house is set on a large grassy lot within walking distance to Edgartown shops and restaurants. New furniture, updated outdoor space, and updated kitchen in 2020. With a large and comfortable outdoor living space, a great kids room, and an upstairs alcove sitting area with sofa bed (in addition the large master and second guest room with a queen bed), this house will comfortably fit 2 couples with children or an extended family. Adding the guest suite gives ample room for 6 adults. The open floorplan features kitchen, dining room, and living room, all with plenty of seating. There is a large front and side yard with space to play or lounge in the hammock as well as a back porch and patio for seating and outdoor grilling and dining.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Edgartown. We were a group of 8 and utilized the addition of the guest house, which fit us all perfectly. The house is was clean and nicely decorated, and located on a charming and quiet street. We found it very easy to get downtown from the property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some day!

Fantastic property

We were a group of two families, with five kids under the age of five. The house had more than enough room for us all and is in a great location, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and downtown Edgartown. Large fenced in yard was perfect for the kids running around. Would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible house close to Edgartown downtown

We had the best time staying at this house! It’s one of the nicest and most well-stocked short term rentals we have booked. The house was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. It’s an easy walk or bike to downtown Edgartown, and very close to Bad Martha’s, which was a lot of fun. The hosts were also extremely gracious and flexible when our travel plans changed and we wanted to stay longer at the last minute. We can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful Stay

The home was clean, beautiful and a perfect location for our family. It slept us all comfortably and communication with the home owner/property manager was prompt every time. We were able to walk into Edgartown, ride bikes in all directions and be at the beach within 10 minutes. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Beautiful home

Highly recommend this lovely home. Very nice neighborhood set off just enough from the main roads, with a nice big yard and outdoor living space. Inside everyone was very comfortable. Our friends enjoyed coming together, plenty of space to relax and enjoy! Very nice and new appliances in kitchen and bath. Owners were great, very easy to work with... hope to return again someday! Thank you.

Highly Recommend

This is a lovely and very comfortable property. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. It is advertised as a great family place, which it is. But we were 6 adults and it worked well for us too. We included the above-the-garage space in our rental, which gave us extra space and 3 full baths that were helpful in getting ready for the wedding we attended. Easy walk into downtown. Owner was pleasant and very responsive.

Weekend on Martha's Vineyard

The location was great - in a small neighborhood, but walking distance to shopping and downtown Edgartown. When we arrived we did not have hot water in the main house, but the owner responded quickly and the caretaker arrived the following morning . Our family enjoyed being able to spend time together in such a comfortable house. Each couple could get away into their own space, as well as socializing in the open common areas. We had a very special weekend.

We purchased this property in 2017 for our own use, but we can only spend part of the summer in Edgartown so are making it available as a rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We love the big yard and proximity to town. We are on a quiet side road with friendly neighbors.

The house is perfectly set up for 1-2 families to spend time together. In addition to the bunk room upstairs, we have 2 living areas (upstairs and down) as well as lots of outdoor living options and a ping pong table in the garage.
