The holiday home by the lake in Jürgenshof is 65 m² in size.
The living room, which includes an open-concept kitchen, has two couches, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bidet, a toilet, a sink with storage, as well as a mirror and a heated towel rack.
The bedrooms are located in the attic and are accessible via a fairly steep staircase. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a stool. The second bedroom has two single beds, as well as a chest of drawers and a stool. There is a clothes rack in the small hallway between the two rooms.
The ground floor of the holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating.
The house features a large south-facing terrace with a fantastic lake view, patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. Sun loungers are also available. Bicycles you bring with you can be locked away.
There is ample parking on the property.

The holiday home is located directly on the lake, on a 900 m² fenced-in property at the end of the small village of Jürgenshof. Please note that the house is accessible only by descending several flights of stairs.
The house offers a view of the lake, and the swimming beach on Plauer See is just a few metres away.
You can walk all the way around the lake via the bike and hiking trail that runs past the property.
The small village of Jürgenshof is a district of the municipality of Alt Schwerin. There is a restaurant and two museums in the village.
The nearest town, Malchow, is about 6 km away. There you’ll find small shops, cafes, and beer gardens—some of which are located right on the lake—as well as passenger boat tours, additional museums, and churches.
