Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a beautiful 49 m² living space with a south-facing terrace and private garden. A perfect destination for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers, athletes, golfers, families, couples, and singles. All in harmony with nature on the beautiful North Sea island of Langeoog—just a short walk and you’re at the sea!

You’ll find modern and cosy furnishings in harmonious colours; and maritime accessories create that authentic North Sea atmosphere. Enjoy the sea air and the idyllic tranquility of the island right from breakfast on the terrace. The south-facing location, along with comfortable teak furniture and a beach chair, invites you to soak up the sun for hours on end. The apartment’s private garden also offers a place to relax, and your children have plenty of space to play.

The bright, spacious living/dining area, like the entire apartment, is decorated in soft colours. At the dining table, bathed in beautiful natural light, you can sit together comfortably after a day at the beach or a bike ride and enjoy your meals. The comfortable sofa arrangement offers plenty of space to relax, watch TV, and read. A modern TV, a hi-fi system (with CDs), and free Wi-Fi provide a variety of entertainment options.

Or you can find your favourite spot in the open, modern kitchen with a kitchenette—a wonderful place to cook and chat together! With high-quality appliances and small kitchen gadgets such as a microwave, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster, you can quickly and easily whip up delicious meals or prepare snacks for your outing. As a coffee connoisseur, you can choose between a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine.

When the sun sets on Langeoog, you’ll find cosy retreats in the two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV, while the second, smaller bedroom features a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (160 x 200 cm) if needed. You can store your clothes and luggage in the spacious closets, which feature shelves, drawers, and plenty of hangers.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, mirror cabinet, plenty of storage, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror adds to your comfort.

A cot and high chair are available for our young North Sea holidaymakers.

The maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (without a cot).

Notes: The apartment is located on the ground floor. In the adjacent building, you can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge. An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack are also available for your use. This is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed.
Please note that the minimum stay is 4 nights in winter and 7 nights from May through October.

The accommodation is located in a quiet yet central spot and offers you all the amenities for a relaxing stay on the car-free North Sea island of Langeoog. The island’s main attractions can be easily explored on foot or by bike. The main beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Enjoy the wide, 14-kilometer-long white sandy beach and the wonderful swimming opportunities!

The seawater adventure pool and the spa administration office are also located right near the house. The island village, with its small boutiques, restaurants, and cafés that invite you to stroll around, is about a 5- to 8-minute walk away. Here you’ll find everything you need for daily life and cosy evenings. The train station, the golf course, the riding facility, and a large playground for the little ones are also nearby.

Langeoog has many attractions in store for you, all easily accessible from Melkerpad 28. The water tower, the island’s landmark, is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. If you climb to the top, you’ll be rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view of the island and the Wadden Sea.

You’ll find another great view from the observation dune at Pirolatal. It’s located just outside the centre but is easily accessible on foot or by bike and is well worth a visit to enjoy the panoramic view of the North Sea.

The Flinthörn in the southwest of the island (about an 11-minute bike ride away) features a viewing platform with a magnificent view of the dunes, salt marshes, and the mudflats—ideal for guided mudflat hikes or birdwatching.
