Dog-friendly vacation apartment with balcony

Located in the Juliusruh Beach Residence—Building I, just about 150 m from the fine-sand, 12-km-long Schaabe beach, this comfortable two-room ground-floor holiday apartment features a balcony.
With approximately 50 m² of space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, small families, or holidays with a dog.

The centrepiece of the apartment is the bright combined living, dining, and kitchen area with a cosy sofa set, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV (flat-screen), and a radio with a CD player.
The practical kitchenette is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) in the living area.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with shower curtain), sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
