Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our holiday home is located just outside the city centre of Wismar (about a 10-minute walk), and the island of Poel is approximately 8 km away. Shopping options, a bakery, a bus stop, and a petrol station are all within walking distance (3 minutes on foot). You can park your car right in front of the holiday home. There are many attractions in and around Wismar.
Outdoor patio furniture and a barbecue area on the paved courtyard are available for your use.
Our non-smoking holiday home (approx. 45 m² for 4 people) is divided into a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, as well as the first and second bedrooms on the upper floor (accessible via a spiral staircase).
GROUND FLOOR
- Fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area (including toaster, 2-burner stove, small oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, table, and 4 chairs, microwave)
- Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, and toilet
- Living room with seating area consisting of an armchair, table, wall unit, as well as a TV with satellite reception and a radio
UPPER FLOOR (via spiral staircase)
- 1st bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds
- Travel cot and high chair
Both bedrooms are separated by a curtain.

For outdoor relaxation, a cosy seating area is available for your use year-round. We’re happy to provide a grill upon request. Smoking is, of course, permitted here.
A parking space and lockable storage for your bicycles are available. Pets are not allowed.
