Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

Welcome aboard!
Our holiday apartment is very centrally located in the northern part of the Old Town of Wismar, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’re just a short walk (5–10 minutes) from the train station, the central bus station (ZOB), the old harbour, or Wismar’s market square.
Your one-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic Old Town building and can accommodate 1–2 people. You can access your apartment via a separate entrance through the stairwell.
Amenities of your holiday apartment:
- bright, comfortably furnished living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a single fold-out bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and a CD radio
- Kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes for 2 people; small dining area with a view of the courtyard garden.
- Modern bathroom with shower and toilet
Our courtyard garden features a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax and unwind.
Parking: Please use the two large “Schiffbauerdamm” car parks, located about a 5-minute walk away.
