Living Lorens No. 5 is located close to the beach and city centre Westerland in the historic brick building Living Lorens No. 19, combining stylish living with the island’s true tranquility. The newly renovated 39 m² two-room apartment on the upper floor accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples, friends, or small families—dogs are also welcome.
The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the special atmosphere: high ceilings and modern, harmoniously coordinated furnishings create a spacious yet cosy living environment. The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. A comfortable sleeper sofa complements the space and provides an additional sleeping option when needed.
The high-quality kitchen is equipped with exclusive appliances from Miele and Gaggenau and is perfect for everything from breakfast to a relaxed dinner. A special highlight is the east-facing balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee in the morning sun and enjoy the view of Westerland as it awakens.
In the separate bedroom, a high-quality COCO-MAT box spring bed ensures restful nights. The stylish bathroom with a large rain shower invites you to take a deep breath and unwind. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cosy warmth even on cooler days. Upon arrival, a small starter kit for the kitchen and bathroom awaits you.

As a guest of Living Lorens, you have free access to the fitness room—equipped with a Peloton® bike, cross-trainer, and mirrored wall—as well as the sauna with loungers. Yoga mats can be booked upon request.
