Der Buchungsvorgang und auch der Informationsfluss per Mail waren top! Die E-Mails kamen zeitlich so abgestimmt, dass es nie zu viel auf einmal war. Auch die Inhalte der Mails waren so gestaltet, dass es mich gut strukturiert durchgeleitet hat. Alles hatte „Hand und Fuß“, sei es die Schlüsselübergabe oder die grundsätzlichen Informationen über unser Urlaubsgebiet. Das habe ich selten so erlebt :) Auch wenn es eine Kleinigkeit war, aber die Flasche Wasser in der Ferienwohnung und die Begrüßungskarte mit dem QR-Code und der Notfallnummer waren absolut durchdacht! Top!
