The apartment is located on the upper floor of a house with a total of four residential units and offers, across approximately 50 square metres, a bright and cosy English-style living/dining area that invites you to relax or read after an eventful day. In addition to a bedroom with a box-spring bed and a naturally lit bathroom with charming decor, what makes this apartment special is that, despite its location on the upper floor, it features a spacious sun terrace in the shared garden complete with a seating area and lounge chairs. Your four-legged family member is also welcome in this apartment and will appreciate having a terrace of their own. In addition to a car parking space, there is also a covered and lockable storage area for bicycles.<br>* The staircase leading to the apartment is equipped with a safety gate for children and dogs. The apartment also has two sofa beds, so it can accommodate up to 4 people upon request. *<br>At the “Kunsthaus Greetsiel,” we offer three residential units.
