Ein in direkter Strandnähe befindliches Apartment mitten im Zentrum von Kühlungsborn-West. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für zwei Personen und normal ausgestattet, das kann bei anderen Wohnungen aber auch anders sein (Einzeleigentümer, Vermietung erfolgt zentral über eine FIrma). Das ganze Objekt ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (2000-er Style). Bei uns waren mehrere Möbel defekt und nicht nutzbar. Feriendienst praktiziert ein eher zurückhaltendes Problemmanagement, W-Lan ging z.B. mehrere Tage im ganzen Haus nicht, mehre Nachfragen wurden als lästig abgetan. Saunanutzung muss vorher angemeldet werden, sonst bleibt sie kalt. Es werden auch nicht, wie inseriert, immer alle Saunen angeschaltet. Die Saunen sind sehr, sehr klein und schnell überfüllt. Die Dampfsauna muss ohnehin extra bezahlt werden per Münzeinwurf.Die Parkplätze sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (Doppelstockparker), was gerade bei größeren Autos problematisch werden kann.
