Schimmel im Schlafzimmer geht gar nicht!
Die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt und im Schlafzimmer war hinterm Schrank Schimmel! Nach einer Nacht haben wir eine Ersatzwohnung im gleichen Haus bekommen was gut war wenn sie auch kleiner war ohne Blick auf die Ostsee! Bei der Abreise wurde uns gesagt das noch eine Zahlung offen ist! Weil wir die Wohnung gewechselt haben und jetzt noch eine zweite Endreinigung anfallen würde! Sie wurde uns gütiger Weise erlassen! Nie wieder!!

Das "einzig" negative, die "Nachbarn" oben drüber...Begrüßungsansage derer..."ach Sie sind Urlauber hier...uns gehört die Wohnung oben drüber...hätten sie sich schenken können!!! Alle anderen Eigentümer waren mega freundlich...liebe Grüße aus Hoppegarten und wir kommen gewiss wieder...Uta und Jörg Kuhlmann

Für Kurzaufenthalt i.O.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Mit Kind war es für zwei Tage ausreichend. Wobei leider für Kinder nichts geboten wird.
Man fährt recht lang in eine relativ einsame Ecke. Der Panoramablick sollte nicht zu genau genommen werden im Erdgeschoss. Reinigung hätte besser sein können, sonst war aber alles vorhanden und man sieht einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Leider ist die Wohnung nur in einem Anbau und nicht direkt im Gutshaus.
Preis/Leistung haben wir leider vorher im Urlaub besser kennengelernt. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Schöne moderne Wohnung für Ruhe suchende
Die Wohnung 02 ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Fahrradweg führt nach Kühlungsborn. Leider befindet sie sich im super modernen Anbau und der Parkplatz liegt vor der Terrasse. Eine Hecke schirmt diesen, wenn man sitzt, ab. Die Beschreibung, in herrschaftlichen Ambiente mit Panoramablick zur Ostsee, hat dadurch leider nicht gestimmt. Deshalb die schlechte Bewertung für die Übereinstimmung zwischen Beschreibung und tatsächlicher Lage.
