Welcome to our 2-room holiday apartment in Villa “Glück auf,” a historic spa-style villa with high ceilings, built in 1906 and renovated in 2001.
The approximately 50-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment faces the quiet south side and features a balcony. Just a short walk through the city forest takes you to the beach and the
bustle of Kühlungsborn West. The Molli train station, supermarkets, and bakeries are also within walking distance.
The living room, with hardwood floors, features a seating area and a large dining table.
The fold-out bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) sleeps up to two people. Amenities include games and books, as well as a high-quality TV and a radio with a CD player.
The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the bedroom (high-quality vinyl flooring), you’ll find a comfortable RUF double bed, a closet, and another TV. A travel cot can be set up for very young guests (please bring your own mattress
). A blackout roller shade is provided.
The spacious shower room/bathroom was completely renovated in 2021.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
Bicycles you bring with you can be parked outside. A parking space is also available.
Please note that during peak season, you must book the entire period or leave a
minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over New Year’s is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
