Sit on the screened porch and enjoy the boats coming in and out of the cove, eat your meals, swim in the warm water in front of the house, enjoy the private beach a few houses away or just relax in the lounge chairs enjoying the view. Wash the sand from your toes at the outside shower. The cottage has new kitchen cabinets, stove, refrigerator & flooring, is well appointed, offers a brand new bathroom with stall shower. Beautiful shade trees enhance this lovely cottage and allow you to enjoy either the sun or shade, as you wish. This cottage is located just out side the village, you can stroll the waters edge enjoying a lovely walk into our beautiful, quaint, and classic, seaside village, offering many fabulous eating venues, pier and main beaches, stores for shopping. A memory in the making. At the end of our cove there is a working cranberry bog as well as many other wonderful sights to see. Our village has a full calendar of events to choose from as well as many great restaurants, ice cream shops and spectacular views overlooking the entrance to the Cape Cod Canal.
