What a cute little cottage! It was perfect for my family of 4 (2.5yo and 1yo) for a weekend getaway. Miriam was very responsive with any questions we had. The property was super clean and had just about everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was the perfect size for me and my husband and the decor is so fresh and charming. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Also, the host was super responsive with any questions we had. Since our stay was in December with very cold temps, we weren't able to make use of the outdoor space, but I can imagine it would be really lovely in the warmer months. We are hoping to stay again when we visit Cotuit next December.

Miriam's cottage is quintessential Cape Cod. It was cozy, clean, and in a great location. Walkable to all of Cotuit's offerings. Miriam was so lovely and communicative. We would love to return!

Lovely cottage

Nice family trip

We had a great stay despite weather that didn’t fully cooperate for the beach. The cottage is adorable and we liked the quiet location. There was a market and restaurant within walking distance which was nice. All in all it was wonderful to get away and enjoy some family time.

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious for 2 adults. Great in town location. Kitchen very well appointed. The bed was a little too soft and bouncy for our liking. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

This is a stunning property with all the amenities you could possibly desire. The home is perfectly kept, nicely decorated and the grounds are beautiful. We had a great stay at Miriam’s lovely cottage! So clean and quaint! Cotuit is a beautiful village. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect for 2 adults. We were easily able to get to other towns on the cape! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Fourth of July week in Cotuit

We had a wonderful time at Miriam’s Cotuit cottage. Wonderful space which was so very well appointed. Perfect location in the center of the village! Lovely extras provided! We had a great beach day wheeling the wagon provided to Loop beach where we enjoyed the lovely beach chairs from the cottage. Our neighbors were great. Miriam was lovely responding to any question or issue immediately. We recommend this lovely spot!

Cute + Cozy for small family

My husband, daughter (14 months), and I stayed for our trip to the Cape and we had a wonderful time. Miriam was very accommodating, providing a highchair and pack-and-play for our daughter. I enjoyed sitting on the patio under the lights in the evening. It was the perfect place for our newly mobile daughter. Wish we had time to use the outdoor shower, firepit, and beach accessories! The Tiny Piney

Been coming to Cotuit my whole life. It was a great location and well-appointed. Safe parking off-street. The bathroom is tiny - like being on an airplane, but the outdoor shower is lovely with a view into the trees. There were no sheets for the couch and we would have liked more pillows. I would return for sure.

Lovely cottage!

This cottage was a perfect getaway for our family. I was delighted by how beautiful everything was. I loved the fact that there were bikes there to use as well as a beach pass for all of the beaches in the Barnstable County. It was well worth it's price!

Great time staying in Cotuit! Cottage was clean and perfect for a couple get away to the Cape! Pretty much all you need for a vacation is with 10 minutes of the property! Overall it was well worth it and one of the best rental experiences I have had with expectations and reality!

Ideal Setting w/ Every Convenience

We had both the main house and the cottage for part of our trip to the Cape. My brother and sister-in-law stayed in the cottage and loved it. It provided privacy for them, and the ability for us all to be together and enjoy our time while there. The amenities within the cottage and for the beach/etc were fantastic. There was everything - including great art supplies for the kids. This was a fabulous trip and the accomodations were a very big part of making it. The short walk down to the Kettle Ho was also enjoyed by all ;) Great cottage. Great Location. Great Vacation.

A beautiful cottage nestled in quiet Cotuit!

This beautiful cottage is newly decorated in a modern style with a few antique pieces which make it the perfect Cape Cod get away. The kitchen has everything you need and more! Cotuit is quiet and quaint with beaches in walking distance. The cottage met our family's needs perfectly. The "extras" provided in the shed were a pleasant surprise! We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning soon. The owners were very pleasant, easy to contact, and kept in touch with us during the process of renting and while on our vacation.

You will even love the rainy calm off-season days here when you can open the huge glass sliders and hear the raindrops and the birds. If cooking is not the first thing on your list you are at the perfect place - only a 4 min walk away you can enjoy a meal at the well known Kettle Ho, and walk for fresh coffe and a fine croissant in the well-stocked local coop.
Perfect place for everyone who wants to maintain healthy lifestyle- walking and jogging is MUST in Cotuit.
Just watch for the wild truckey crossing by early morning!
