Schöne FEWO am Ortsrand nahe dem Yachthafen

Die Lage am Ortsrand ist wirklich sehr ruhig.
Wir hatten via FeWo-direkt gebucht. Die Wohnung wird vor Ort von der AVG-Grömitz freundlich und kompetent verwaltet. Kosten für 7 Tage im Mai 2024, inkl. Wäschepaket, 1.001,00 EUR.
Großes Wohnzimmer, liebevoll dekoriert, ein großer Schrank mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Spielen. Großer Fernseher mit alle öffentlich-rechtlich, frei empfangbaren Programmen. Keine Privatsender. Offene Küche im WZ mit guter Ausstattung.
Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Kinderschlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Großer Balkon/Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus zu begehen.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss, das durch eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist. Nix für Menschen die nachts häufiger mal „raus müssen“
Die Betten haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden.
Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind teilweise nur sehr schwer zugänglich. Einen Koffer nach oben zu bringen ist schon eine Herausforderung.
DSL speed - ca. 50 Mbits down, 20 Mbits up.
Gekennzeichneter Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Bis zur Ortsmitte dauert es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.
Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.
Eine Anmerkung noch - In der Wohnung sind Tiere erlaubt.
Vor unserem Besuch wurde nur mangelhaft gereinigt.
Das Sofa und der Teppich waren voller Hundehaare.
Wir fanden es einfach nur ekelig - Für Allergiker ein absolutes No-Go.
