Dear Guests, we welcome you to this comfortably furnished, approximately 55-square-meter, two-room ground-floor holiday apartment for three guests plus a toddler in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen.
One of the highlights of the living and dining area is its direct access to the terrace. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed that provides a sleeping space for the third person (approximately 140x200 cm when unfolded). A flat-screen TV and a small stereo system provide entertainment. You can also enjoy your meals comfortably at the dining area. If needed, the travel cot can be set up in the living room.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for carefree self-catering during your holiday.
The separate bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a second satellite TV. The travel cot can also be set up in this room.
On the furnished southwest-facing terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air.

Special Features

In addition to its convenient location and the amenities listed above, this non-smoking holiday apartment offers even more conveniences: an lift in the building, a travel cot with a matching mattress, and a high chair are available free of charge for young guests, as well as 2 TVs.
The lift, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground car park, is a great added feature.

Bicycles

There is a shared, lockable storage room in the underground car park (limited space). Bicycles [&] and other items can be safely stored here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
