From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with patio furniture. The living room features a high-quality, easy-to-extend sleeper sofa (145 x 220 cm) that can accommodate two people. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for our guests’ entertainment. The spacious dining table is also located in the living area.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

In the bedroom, our guests will find a modern box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. There is a dark pleated blind on the bedroom window.

The spacious shower room offers plenty of room for the whole family. A small storage closet right next to the kitchenette in the hallway provides space for all your essentials.

The floors throughout the apartment are tiled. Bicycles can be stored in the basement that belongs to the apartment.

There is a safe in the storage room, which you are, of course, welcome to use.

Special Features

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. In the building’s basement, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests. The terrace faces southwest. Sustainable [&] eco-friendly—the apartment is powered by green electricity.

Bicycles

There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also an electrical socket here, e.g., for charging e-bikes. In addition, there is a shared bike rack for 4 bicycles at the entrances.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two guests and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. Upon presentation of a disability ID card, you will receive a discount.
