Dear Guests: This 3-room apartment near the beach, equipped with Wi-Fi, is ideal for families or people with allergies; the cosy furnishings ensure a carefree holiday on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.

Amenities

The newly renovated and partially furnished 3-roomapartment offers all-around comfortable amenities for up to 5 guests plus a toddler.
The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and a matching armchair. A TV provides great multimedia entertainment here. The adjacent dining area has room for all guests.
From the living area, you can step out onto the small, furnished balcony. The sofa can be pulled out if needed.
The spacious, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and much more. A matching dining table rounds out the package.
There are two separate bedrooms. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200m) and a closet for your clothes.
The second bedroom, located on the open sleeping loft, is furnished with two single beds (90x200m). The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. You’re welcome to park your car for free in the reserved parking space No. 129.

Special Features

Smoking in this apartment is permitted only on the balcony. If needed, you can rent a travel cot and a high chair from us for a fee.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the apartment on the property. Bicycles and other items can be stored safely here. There are also bike racks at the house.
You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
