2-room holiday apartment (approx. 46 m²) on the 4th floor, facing south, with a south-facing balcony (including balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat rack, you enter the hallway with built-in closets. From here, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony) and open kitchen, the bedroom, [nbsp][nbsp]the sleeping alcove, and [nbsp][nbsp]the shower room/bathroom.
A stereo system with CD/radio is provided, along with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a variety of books and children’s toys.
The living area features a two-seater sofa, two rocking chairs, 2 single fold-out beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m), a dining area, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The open kitchen features a dishwasher, an induction stove, a microwave/oven combination, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, and a porcelain hand filter for drip coffee. A kettle, SodaStream, and toaster are part of the standard equipment. Even for the little ones, children’s tableware and 2 TrippTrapp high chairs are provided.
In the sleeping alcove (separated from the entryway by a sliding glass door) is a bunk bed (each bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m).
The bedroom is furnished with a small double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m, with access from one side).
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer is provided. A small step stool for the children is also available here.
Little extras like sand toys, a safety rail for the double bed, and umbrellas leave nothing to be desired.
Pets are not allowed here.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for 14.00 € per day (limited availability!).
