The hillside location in the Tramuntana mountains offers the villa shelter in the midst of venerable, large trees. Enjoy this fantastic setting with a simply spectacular view of the sea. The enchanting natural stone villa is situated on a very well-kept and unspoilt plot. The various terraces and outdoor seating areas framed by natural stone blend seamlessly into the surroundings and the pretty villa complex merges with nature. Whether you want to play table tennis, linger by the pool on one of the sun loungers in the shade of the awning, sit at one of the tables in the shade of the olive trees and enjoy the view of the sea and distant landscapes, this villa is full of true feel-good places. While you use the outdoor barbecue to prepare a lovely dinner and dine together at the table on the covered terrace, you can really enjoy this peaceful holiday oasis.



The interior perfectly matches the wonderfully natural beauty of the outdoor area. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace where you can enjoy a glass of delicious Malvasia wine, typical of the region. A stylish, white and fully equipped kitchen houses a round dining table; it is the perfect place to cook together. There are also two antique display cabinets in this room, both of which catch the eye with their rusticity. The bedrooms are particularly cosy and Mediterranean in style. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have a tasteful and charming design with accents in gold, navy blue and natural quarry stone.



Nature lovers can indulge in their favourite pastimes and spend their time hiking, swimming, snorkelling or boating while enjoying the breathtaking views of the coastal cliffs. You may want to bring a pair of sandals, as the bays are usually quite rocky underfoot. Admire the terraced fields near Estellencs, where mainly flavoured tomatoes, wine and olives are grown, while the picturesque natural stone houses offer an idyllic sight. The tranquil centre of Estellencs or neighbouring Banyalbufar are also worth a visit. Why not enjoy a few local specialities in one of the good restaurants or tapas bars? If you have a hire car, be aware that smaller cars are better suited to this region, as some of the narrow roads and streets are really hair-raisingly narrow and windy. This natural stone house Ana is nestled in a romantic, natural estate with sensational views of the sea. A small, unspoilt path leads you from the house through a pine grove towards the bay of Cala Estellencs, which is particularly popular with snorkellers. You can do all your shopping quickly and easily in the neighbouring village of Estellencs. There are also some very good restaurants and bars here. For extensive shopping trips, head to Port d'Andratx or take a trip to the island's capital Palma.
