Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes from the beaches and the Vendée coast. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a wooded 2-hectare estate, perfect for a peaceful break with family or friends.



This 32 m² mobile home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, TV, heating (radiator in the living room), and Wi-Fi. The interior is step-free, and breakfast is included for your convenience.



The estate offers many amenities for a great holiday: heated pool (May to September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rental, snack bar, and a small grocery store. Enjoy a quiet, green setting just a few kilometers from the beaches—ideal for relaxing.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Bed linen and towel rental, as well as cleaning service, are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April with a free allowance of 25 kWh per day; extra use will incur an additional charge.



A baby bed and high chair can be loaned free of charge on request, subject to availability.
