Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 251: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The beachfront, modern, and bright 3-room apartment 251 (approx. 62 m²) on the 2nd floor of Building C (no lift) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain design; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 7 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and small stool, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious living/dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out) couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves.

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with 2 modern HD smart TVs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The modern open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone induction cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom also features large floor-to-ceiling windows and is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 210 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. A modern additional TV is also available here.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a closet, a chest of drawers, and two small tables with chairs. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for two more people.

The new and modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower, a sink with a large mirror and spacious vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes on the coat rack in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex can enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” car park located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” car park located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linen package (complete bedding—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 5 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 5 people, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person applies for the 6th and 7th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
