This property is three times bigger with more amenities and rooms, much more beautiful and a little more than half the price of a single 400 sq, ft. room at the refurbished motel next door called "Off Shore". Our unit is a TriPlex Townhome, 2-Bedrooms, 2- Baths, Sleeps 4 comfortably on high end beds and a fifth person on nice couch or high-end air mattress.

Montauk Beach Complex on the Ocean: 15 steps feet from the dunes and 90 steps to the ocean shoreline. Situated next door from "Off Shore" in the center of the complex facing the Ocean, this three-story unit has great Ocean views from the second floor and from the third-floor master bedroom.

This is a newly and beautifully designed and fully renovated, and 100% newly fully remodeled and furnished 3-level 1,000 sq. ft. triplex townhouse..

1 master bedroom. 5 beds total. Directly across from the beach in Montauk, walking distance from town and right next to the supermarket-IGA.

The ground level has 2 pull-down murphy beds and a full bath, washer and dryer and can sleep 2.

The main level features a full kitchen as well as an eat-in island, dining room table and living room sofa with a nice couch & smart TV. There are three smart tv's in total.

There is a large deck on this main level facing the ocean with an outdoor dining table, umbrella and chairs.

On the upper level is the fully-furnished master bedroom with a King-sized bed, TV, full bath and a private balcony facing the ocean.

There is an on-site private parking spot reserved for this unit as well as board games and amenities that come well-appointed.

Wi-Fi, A/C and 3 Color TVs.

Full kitchen, microwave, stove, pots, dishes and utensils are provided.

Sheets and towels provided. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella provided.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Central Montauk!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach rental! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better, mere steps from the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Couldn’t get a better location

This condo is perfect and in an amazing location. The view is amazing and you can hear the crashing of the ocean. You don’t need to use your car here! Walk to everything. The owner Sal is a gem and very responsive.

All you need for a perfect beach stay

This apartment is perfect for a family trip to Montauk. Well stocked, cute decor, comfy beds and awesome showers to wash off all the sand after a long day at the beach. Great location, across from the beach, close to groceries and all the restaurants and stores in the main town area.

Perfect Montauk location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the town and ocean. Has separate sleeping quarters and a second bath making it ideal for families to share. Located in a private condominium complex which was both quiet and secure.

Condo was great. The location is super, easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. The interior was perfect, the view breathtaking. The owner, Sal, was most helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo

We needed a place to stay while our son attended an overnight camp. It was great being so close to the beach! It was also very convenient to have the grocery store and 7 Eleven so close as well. We appreciated the easy check in process and the communication from the owners was wonderful. Loved having two balconies!

Great location in Montauk

Wonderful week in Montauk with my wife and two adult children . Location was excellent. Located close to beach, town and local IGA. Condo was clean and well stocked. Upstairs bathroom does not have door and some of the lights did not have switches but otherwise and a wonderful time and would recommend Sal’s condo to anyone heading to Montauk

Lovely stay

Pleasant stay in MTK

My friends and I rented this condo for 10 days to vacation and spend quality time with friends. Property owner lived in a condo next door which was convenient when there were questions and issues. There was no door in the upstairs bathroom which was odd. No cleaning supplies were supplied. Overall stay and location was great! Walkable to town and beach access point.

Amazing home!

Everything was clean! Everything in perfect working order! Property manager was easy to access. If I had any questions, he responded back immediately. This house is very very close to the main street. Beach access is less than 100 yards away. A very small town with nothing but mom and Pop stores. I feel like I stepped back into the 1980s. The MNR deli has wonderful, açai bowls, and the MTK lobster house has amazing lobster rolls. I’m already daydreaming about them. If you rent this house, enjoy! I know you will.! This is probably my favorite vacation spot ever! We will 100% be coming back next summer to rent this exact same home! By the way, the neighbors are all quiet and respectful.

This is a very nice location, only a few steps from the magnificent beach, though the lovely village is just around the corner. Great apartment, very well kept and everything is there. Ideal for a group of 4. Host is very friendly and supportive.
