Welcome to our holiday rental “Strandhus Matrose” at Strandallee 53, Timmendorfer Strand. It’s the ideal starting point for your relaxing Baltic Sea holiday.
Location
With the Baltic Sea right at your doorstep in a prime location directly on the beach promenade of Timmendorfer Strand, the Strandhus apartment complex welcomes you! You’ll be staying right on the waterfront—you can’t get any closer to the water than this. Through a gate from the garden, you can access the beach promenade directly, which leads right to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
The centre of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many cafés and restaurants, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Pharmacies, doctors’ offices, and banks are also within walking distance.
Features
The duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of the Strandhus and, with a living area of approximately 65 square metres and an open-concept living and dining area, offers a lovely atmosphere, to enjoy a wonderful getaway at Timmendorfer Strand. From here, you can easily access the balcony with a sea view. The modern built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Tchibo Cafissimo coffee capsule machine, a toaster, and a kettle are all at your disposal.
A guest bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) are also located on the lower level. TVs and exterior blinds round out the amenities in all bedrooms.
The upper level is accessed via an open staircase. Here you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a high-quality bathroom with a shower.
Special Features
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi—not included in the contract. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, which is accessible from outside. An outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house. The Strandhus features a beautiful communal garden, located directly on the Baltic Sea, with access to the promenade and the beach. Seating, a beach chair, and a grill are available here for your use.
A high chair and a travel cot are included in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment; dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is stocked with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
