This 2-room Timmendorfer Strand apartment is located near the beach and in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. Shopping options, including the Famila supermarket, Aldi, and the drink store, are just a few minutes’ walk away—about 600 metres.

The Timmendorfer Strand town square and the promenade, with its restaurants and cafés, are only about 500 metres from the apartment. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and invites you to relax and feel at home.

Amenities

The 2-room apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located on the ground floor of the rear building and features a south-west-facing sun terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The kitchen and dining area are very bright and airy, and open onto the living area. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. A microwave is also provided in the apartment.

The living room, with its comfortable sleeper sofa (135x210 cm), invites you to spend cosy hours there with its charming atmosphere and creates a harmonious overall ambience through its many thoughtful details. Blackout curtains in the living area also ensure you’ll get a restful night’s sleep.

Enjoy your break from everyday life. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a small selection of DVDs provide entertainment even when the weather isn’t ideal.

Adjacent to the living room is the west-facing sun terrace, which—depending on the season—features a table, three chairs, and a parasol, inviting you to sunbathe.

The modern bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), two small nightstands with lighting, and a wardrobe. The harmoniously designed sleeping area can be darkened with blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom has a very friendly and inviting atmosphere thanks to its light-colored tilework. It features a walk-in shower with glass enclosure, as well as a sink and a mirror. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort.
