The apartments are located in Weinzierlein, a area of Zirndorf, and are equally suitable for families, technicians, tradespeople, and trade show attendees! You can reach the Biberttal Bike Trail in 3 minutes via a pedestrian underpass. From there, you can set out on beautiful bike rides or, of course, take a leisurely stroll. The Playmobil Fun Park is about 3.4 km away from us. An Italian restaurant (approx. 800 m) with a lovely beer garden is within walking distance. You’ll find several shopping options within 4–6 km. Parking is available on-site. Our cosy one-room apartment is located in Weinzierlein, a area of Zirndorf. It measures approximately 35 square metres and is suitable for 1–2 people. The apartment is located above an outbuilding and is accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase. It is equipped with a small kitchenette (stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle), two separate box-spring beds, a swivel-mounted TV, and a walk-in closet—and is ideal for, among others, technicians, field staff, trade show visitors, and, of course, holidaymakers! A parking space for one car is located directly in front of the apartment. If you need a parking space for a larger vehicle, please contact us in advance. The apartment is also ideal as a supplement (subject to availability) to our large holiday rental in our main house! Dogs are very welcome here! However, please note that access is via a spiral staircase! A deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking. Please transfer the remaining balance no later than 1 week before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Pets are welcome; there is a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per stay.
