Location and Atmosphere
The Seegut Blaue Blume is a unique lakeside estate in a nearly secluded setting—located in the Uckermark region on the edge of the Feldberg Lake District, one of the quietest and most unspoiled natural areas in northeastern Germany. The surroundings are characterised by old mixed forests, vast meadows, and numerous crystal-clear lakes. At the same time, the estate is easily accessible from Berlin in about 1.5–2 hours and is ideal for groups, seminars, and shared getaways in nature.
The nearly 100-year-old manor house is nestled within an approximately eight-hectare property featuring woods, meadows, and its own lake. Many guests describe the special tranquility, expansiveness, and natural beauty of this place as a defining experience. Within a radius of just four kilometres, there are also six secluded, crystal-clear swimming lakes that invite you to take walks and explore.

Accommodation
Seegut Blaue Blume is particularly well-suited for groups of up to about 35 guests who wish to have exclusive use of the property. Typical events include seminars, retreats, workshops, family celebrations, weddings, team off-sites, and youth and adult education programmes.

A total of 15 rooms are available in the main house:
– 2 single rooms
– 8 double rooms
– 5 triple rooms (can also be used as double rooms)
– 1 family room for up to five people

All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. In total, the main building can accommodate groups of up to about 35–40 people.

A variety of spaces are available to guests for socialising, exchanging ideas, and working together:


– large seminar room (approx. 75 m²)
– small seminar room (approx. 40 m²)
– library with a wood-burning stove
– fireplace room with a glass-enclosed fireplace
– Breakfast lounge and dining room
– Several common areas inside the house
– Terraces with views of the countryside
– Spacious natural grounds with woods and meadows
– Sauna in the garden and a barrel sauna as an additional option

The peaceful location and spaciousness of the house create ideal conditions for focused work sessions, creative processes, and shared experiences.

Kitchen and Catering
A special feature of the house is the fully equipped seminar house kitchen with professional appliances, including a convection oven, gas stove, electric stove, tilting roaster, cold storage rooms, and a separate dishwashing area. Groups can choose between having meals provided by the centre or using the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Our cuisine is primarily vegetarian, using regional ingredients whenever possible. Game meat from the local area can also be selected as an option. Both full board and individual meals are available. Brunch or multi-course dinners can also be arranged.
A bar area is also available. This can be organised either by the facility or independently by the group.

Additional booking options
– a converted attic apartment with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen – ideal as a quiet retreat or for additional overnight accommodation within the group
– separate group dormitory in the sauna house with up to 15 sleeping spots

Surroundings
The surrounding area offers a wide range of opportunities for nature experiences and excursions. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous hiking and biking trails as well as several natural lakes. A canoe trip on the nearby lakes is especially recommended. Shopping options are available in nearby Feldberg (approx. 13 km). A bike rental service is also easily accessible.
