We moved to NC from northern Maine in 1996. We fell in love with NC and knew it was a perfect place to raise our family. After searching the NC beaches for a vacation home, we fell in love with the peace and tranquility of Oak Island and it’s neighboring town of Southport (whose small-town feel reminded us of our childhood home). We hope you enjoy our home!

When searching for a second home, we immediately felt 'at home' at Sea la Vie. Needless to say, the views are unbeatable!
What makes this property unique
- Best view in the complex as the condo is closest to the ocean! End unit offers lots of light and ocean views.
- First floor elevated. No condos above Sea la Vie so no noisy stomping above you!
