Enjoy a gentle, sun-filled late summer on the Corniche beach beloved by Brassens. Stroll through the narrow streets of Quartier Haut and the St Clair trails, discover filming locations from your favorite series, the Pointe Courte district, the canals, or the Brassens Museum.



Located less than 150 m from the Corniche and Lazaret beaches, you have easy access to sandy shores, water sports at the Quilles port, and beachfront restaurants with relaxing lounge areas.



The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment offers sweeping views of Sète’s beaches, Cap d’Agde, and, in the distance, Mount Canigou.



It features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator. A 7 m² bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190). The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two (140 x 190 mattress) and a TV. A 5 m² cabin area offers a bunk bed (90 cm) and two pull-out beds (70 cm). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The 5 m² terrace includes a table, four chairs, and a barbecue.



The 30 m² apartment with terrace is entirely for your stay, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, in a secure residence with pétanque courts.



A free parking space (for small/medium vehicle) is reserved for the apartment. There is a bike storage room, two bus lines to reach the city center or beaches, a coastal pedestrian promenade, and a bike path leading to the city center, canals, the Théâtre de la Mer, or further to the Mediterranean shores at Cap d’Agde, Marseillan, Bouzigues, or Mèze.



Bed linen and towels are not included, available for an extra fee. Dishes and equipment used during your stay must be left clean upon departure.
