Please note: In August and September 2026, work will be carried out on the building’s exterior. This includes, among other things, erecting scaffolding around the building as well as exterior painting and maintenance work. The work will affect only the exterior facade of the building. No work is planned inside the apartment.

The heart of the apartment is the bright living area in the tower. Large windows, a maritime ambiance, and the comfortable XL couch create an atmosphere that instantly helps you unwind. A cosy reading nook, TV, DVD player, radio, as well as books and games ensure relaxing hours—no matter the weather.
Kitchen & Dining

The open kitchen with an adjoining dining area opens directly onto the living room. Equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher, it offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering—from breakfast with a view to a relaxed dinner.

The cosy bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a chest of drawers. A special bonus is the separate walk-in closet, which ensures organisation and comfort even during longer stays.
Bathroom & Amenities

The bright bathroom with a skylight is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower—ideal for relaxing baths after a day at the beach. Bed linens as well as hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels are included per person.
Outdoors & Location

The Tower Suite is located right in the heart of Kühlungsborn West. The beach, promenade, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a bank are all within easy walking distance. The Konzertgarten, Kunsthalle, and numerous wellness and recreational offerings are also in the immediate vicinity.
Parking & Other Information

A bicycle storage room is available in the building.
A public car park is approximately 150 m away (€10 per day / €65 per week). We’d be happy to purchase the weekly parking pass for you upon request. Free parking is available within walking distance, though a bit further away.
