Sehr moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Hochmoderne Küche mit allem was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Lediglich kleine Abstriche in Qualität von Nachttischen, Handtuch/Toilettenpapierhalterungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet jede Menge Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man schläft traumhaft. PKW-Stellplatz (wenn auch sehr eng für größere Autos) ist vorhanden. Schöner Garten und Sitzmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier leider ein Minuspunkt: sowohl Paketfahrer, als auch Bewohner von oben standen plötzlich auf der Terasse. Nicht ok. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentrumsnah, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, viele Restaurants und kleine Läden. Der Grünstrand lässt sich auch in 10 bis 15 Minuten mit gemütlichem Spaziergang erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell auf alle Belange. Alles in Allem empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter.

danke für die nette Bewertung. Die Bewohner von oben sind da gerade eingezogen, sie machen die Gartenpflege und den Putzservice und sind Ansprechpartner, da wir nicht vor Ort wohnen.
