Located in Saint-Julien-de-Cassagnas, in northern Gard near Ardèche and the Cévennes, this modern villa welcomes you to a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends.



Set on a large, fenced and wooded 3,500 m² plot, the house offers generous spaces to gather, unwind, and fully enjoy the quiet of the countryside. The bright, inviting living areas open onto the garden and terraces, letting you enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.



The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with large closets, wooden shutters, and mosquito screens, two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub—two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with smart TV, and pleasant spaces designed for sharing good times after exploring the region.



Outside, you can enjoy a large 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, surrounded by a paved sun deck ideal for relaxing. The pool is heated in summer so everyone can swim throughout the season and is equipped with a child safety alarm. There is also a large gas plancha barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals.
